Yesterday I addressed the infamous ‘ greatest strength’ question.

My approach to this question was concerning personal attributes rather than particular skills that would pertain to the job in question.

It is important to strike a balance between personal and professional attributes, select the questions/answers that will best portray who you are and divide them up accordingly (more on this later).

There will of course be ample opportunity to sell your skills that will be applicable to the position. For me – Experience, education and work ethic are the attributes that I most admire but everyone is unique.

I would love to hear more from you regarding what your approach to interviewing is, if you see the value in this type of coaching and if not why.
