One of my clients had a pending interview.
I cross referenced their resume and LinkedIn profile.
The dates 𝗱𝗶𝗱 𝗻𝗼𝘁 match up.

It turned out my client had taken a year off to explore an entrepreneurial endeavour and was embarrassed it didnt work.
I coached them to reframe this:
✍I was at a phase of my career where I wanted to try something new (notwithstanding loving my ‘day-job’).
