Apart from putting in the work to prepare for any interview, the most significant improvement for me came a number of years ago.
Im not too sure where i read/learned it but changing your mindset to the following made me far less nervous before and during any interview.
They are interviewing you, however you are also interviewing them.
That doesnt mean you change your behaviour or pepper the Interviewers with questions, it is more so that they need a great Candidate and you need to find a great Employer.
You need to decide is this company right for you, that should also lead you to asking the right (and great) questions to aid your evaluation.
If you wish to obtain more details about any of my content or to book a session, please dont hesitate to send me a message.
