If you are fortunate or have positioned yourself to have both, great; but be strategic.

 

If the hiring manager has an undergraduate degree with extra qualifications after that, freely speak to your education.

 

If they don’t, it would be wise to not focus on that.

 

In general terms, those without formal college or university may not place a value on qualifications, or despite their successes may be insecure or look disparagingly on those that have…
