Many influencers write about how people learn more from failures than successes.
Popular advice becomes cliched for a reason.
The more you mess up in an interview, the better equipped you are for a future one (if you are motivated by the failure and vow never to make the same mistake again).
Most people don’t conduct mini-lessons learned after an interview. They are just thankful to have it over and done with.
This is a big miss.
Engage in many interviews, hone your offering, improve incrementally; make sure when it matters that you are ready.
If you do the difficult tasks that most won’t do, you are already ahead of the pack.
