I opined that interviewees should learn to tell their story to appeal to both academics and those that go through the experience route.
Of course, you should know the hiring manager’s history before sitting in front of them…
Desire, hunger, and attitude are supreme qualities which if delivered well, will appeal to all.
Stories are evidence.
Evidence you have gone through the experience and proof you have done your homework.
Proof you care about your career, the interviewer’s time, and the prospective company.
