Like anything else, preparing for interviews is all about practice.
The more you do, the better you get.
The practice has to be deliberate, practice the right things, break down the process, use repetition but always seek to improve the outcome.
☑️ Set out the framework.
☑️ Know what you want to say.
☑️ Practice it, listen back (in the mirror or by video) and critique.
☑️ Make improvements and do it again.
Seek guidance from a coach, practice individually or ideally with a friend who is also job searching.
Select someone who will be honest with you, about where you can improve and what questions require more work.
Introduce an element of competition into who can be a better Interviewer.
